I actually got a check in the mail for $42,000. I contacted my bank who told me to hand it off to the police as it was a scam. I was to cash the check and send $4,200 back to the person who sent me the check. I thought...Right, 85% of americans would have just cashed the thing and kept the money. But I was a good boy and took it to the cops. they just laughed and said don"t cash it.
