It's possible to do what you state. I would prefer a complete name change rather than operating under an assumed name. Just my opinion, doesn't mean its right or wrong. However, we also have the museum to deal with. I don't know what the status of the museum is or what it is going to be.

Is it going to be a separate organization or kept as a division or made a subsidiary or ???? As you know I am not an attorney but am a CPA. I do not want to be accused of practicing law I believe it is becoming increasingly necessary to make a decision because of liability factors and management factors.

I am sure you understand what I mean. We are accumulating a rather large sum of money and decisions should be made as to how it will be handled in the future.
