It's on my top ten list on Jim Follis' site even.

I understand there is some debate about whether this was really an open casino, but I found a discussion about corruption in the casino on an old thread in a St. Maarten forum. It sure sounded like a real casino. Apparently owned by a politician who was involved in something that this poster found shady.
