the kid had the option not to go up in tower...he felt obligated so he made a grave error, why should they cancel practice Yes the ND AD is a piece of work, but ND did not pay the family anything....they are sueing.....I hope the family loses.....something good has become out of this, ND will longer use humans in towers....all colleges will follow suit...ND does it again for the good....
