I remember the all cash tables as well. I'm not sure I saw them at the Sands though. Since the jetons and plaques were all made by B et G for the Sands, I would guess they were all used on the tables at the same time. I don't remember seeing other size bills, but it's possible that $5 currency was used to pay the commission on hundred dollar bets. We need to get an old baccarat dealer from the Sands to speak at our convention to capture this piece of gaming history. They would all be in their eighties now if they are still around.
