I could ship 1 chip cheaper than the $1.58 but I feel that I need a delivery confirmation and on an average week I ship about 30 packages. It would take too much time to hand address each one and put stamps on them. I use Paypal shipping and I pack them well and cover the whole 000 package with tape.
