Rhona and I were downtown Las Vegas Sat night for our annual anniversary dinner at Hugo's, and after dinner, we went for a walk.
We went to the Plaza to cash in some chips, and had no problem at all.
If you had gone a little to the left of the blocked off main entrance you could have entered at the next set of doors.
The place might as well be closed, only a few people playing the slots, and a couple of people at the bar, but it was open.
