15% for "scarce."

Just saying. Some folks do word searches and "rare" muyst be one of them (personally, I use "obs*"). I know, buyer beware and all that. Still...when the fatigue factor sets in...one gets "tired" seeing fairly mundane chips listed as "rare."

Maybe medium rare?
