Anyone have an idea where this is from? If you look close, the side denomination side (left) reveals a grain pattern running horizontally. The other side shows a letter "C", but I'm not sure if the other elements are intended to be something specific.

Note the embossed fish on both sides. I'm fairly certain that the fish is pressed-in, as both are identical, particularly in the appearance of the band lines around the fish. The jeton is translucent with a definate grain pattern.
