the "PROMORIONAL" and "$5" flip-flop will appear 50% in one position and 50% in the other. this is a function of the manufacturing process when the edge printing is applied after the front and back printing is done. We see the samething when edge printing on round chips that have a different front and back. When a stack of such chips is made, and all of the same side face up (or down) 505 will have the edge printing inverted.

As for the mottled "$5"... beats me!
