I don't think anything about Rehab changed per se, it was just decided by the Hard Rock company that it wasn't the type of activity or atmosphere they wanted to be connected with their company name.

I think they actually filed a lawsuit to revoke use of the HR name by the hotel? Might have just threatened it, but haven't heard any update on the situation lately.
