Agree with everything you said, Barry.

I am a newbie to this hobby..only been in it a few years. I absolutely love collecting chips and 99% of the people I have met through this hobby, either in person, through e-mail, or from this Board have been the very best people you can meet anywhere.

I am a big fan of Mr. Campiglia's book..I truly consider it the "bible", and can't even imagine all the time and work he put into it.

But don't you think it is odd, and in a way irresponsible, for someone who publishes the hobby's pricing "bible" and who promotes the hobby's biggest auctions to say this:

Maybe putting values on chips which caused others to join our once small hobby ruined it with big prices not everyone can afford.
