My son bought me one for Christmas. I had the same problem as John - my old Epson is not supported under Windows 7. This is a great replacement - it normally does a great job of automatically cropping the scan down but seems to have missed an edge on this one. Perhaps it was just poor alignment on my part.
I haven't made any color adjustments - just using the default settings. By the way I have 25 of these color chips I would like to trade or sell...
