I think Roy is on track. I had a very short interest in caligraphy, which is what this looks like. With this Roy seems to be 'right on' in my opinion.
8). J (capitalized which was a great point by Roy)
10). F (upside down) which is the one I felt the srongest about
13). T (this was a classic capital T in caligraphy)
16). L
