Remember what happened the last time it was announced that Trump Marina was being sold, Coastal Marina Development announced its plans to convert the Trump Marina to a Margaritaville themed property but unfortunately a fallout between The Donald and his former Protege (The CEO of Coastal Marina) caused the entire deal to fall apart.

The day that they put up the signs on the building that say Golden Nugget and the new GN chips are on the table I'll believe that the deal went though but not before.
