Back when I lived in LV in the mid '90s, there were 2 coin shops that dealt in collectible chips. The one that I know of for sure is Sahara Coins on Sahara Ave. I can't remember the name of the other one... its located on Maryland Pkwy. in a shopping plaza near Boulevard Mall.
