Great Postings by all on this chip issue! Here's the story: A while ago, maybe two months or so, there was an (#1) E-Bay posting for the Las Vegas $5 Joker Club chip. I made an offer, they counter-offered, I declined (didn't really have the funds at the time) and the chip was reposted by the same seller maybe two to three times since then. Then, all of a sudden, it was no longer posted. A couple of weeks passed when there was another (#2) E-Bay posting, different seller - I made an offer, they counter-offered, I declined again. Then, with in a day or two of my declining, (#3) is posted on E-Bay by a different seller, (#4) I'm contacted by another chip collector (by e-mail) who peeks my curiosity with one that he has, and then there is yet another one (#5) posted on E-Bay by yet another seller. The very same day, I receive a re-counter offer by (#2) in which I accept - much less than the $1300 most were asking. That's five (5) Las Vegas $5 Joker Club chips that have come to "life" within the last two months or slightly longer.

I'm in this to collect, not to make money. I'm not a dealer nor a seller, just a collector. I've been taken advantage of three times and it sucks, but people will be people - there are the good and the bad.

P.S. Do you have any Las Vegas $5 house chips that you think I may want/need?
