Based on The Official U.S. Casino Chip Price Guide by Campiglia/Wells for this particular 1st issue Four Queens chip, it ranges from $450 (Average Condition) - $750 (Slightly Uncirculated) - $1000 (New Condition). Therefore, in the condition it is shown and described on the E-Bay auction and if you consider the values compared with The Chip Rack (which can be different), I would probably go no higher than $400 (fair price), but then again... how bad do you really want the chip (the asking price on the auction is way too high).
