There are actually nearly 100 volunteers that volunteer every year and dont get free admission.

In fact, I volunteer like the rest of the BOD year round, spend nearly 1,000 hours a year on club business and have no choice in attending the convention (We HAVE to be there). The BOD all pays for Pre-registration, banquet and other fees.

We will definately discuss the advertising issues at the BOD meeting.
