Jim, is the color correct, or is it an orangish color? If orangish, then probably Golden Nugget V7410. That chip is a Large Crown and yours looks like a Large Crown with a lot a wear! Also, since V7410 is a roulette, then maybe there was another color (white/beige) like what yours looks like.
