After they do ALL that........IF the person who sent the chip in for grading does not like the grade they got they can then break it out of the slab & re-submit it AGAIN & AGAIN until they get the grade they want. It's done all the time with baseball cards & coins & is one of the reasons slabbing is BAD for any hobby. Andy - Las Vegas
