Back in July I posted a long story about a bad deal at last year's convention. In short, I was sold a N3991 Riviera chip estimated at $40-49 for $140 with the dealers telling me it was a V1430. They would not accept it back when I tried to return it minutes later. I thought I knew one of their names and approximate booth location. Nothing has been done as of today. Are they members? Will they be back at next year's convention? The convention is less than five months away. Shouldn't the Club protect members against this type of practice or is it "Buyer Beware"?
