Michael; Bourse tables at CC & GTCC are by invitation only. No one can demand a table. ICG should take their hint by a non-invitation. Would you invite someone into your house that was not welcome ... and to stay for three days to boot?

Alot of folks who are not in favor of "the ban" (prohibiting their sale over a four day period is not a ban in my opinion, it's a four day prohibition) have stated they prefer discouraging the slab.

What better way to demonstrate "discouraging" than by not inviting?
