It looks like a reorder. The chips on the left, however, do look old and bit faded. You can see a bit of discoloration at the edges. Strangely, though, the jester looks darker and more vibrant on the chip on the left, not the newer chip on the right. Could it be a scanner thing, or were these on the scanner at the same time?
