Normally a mucked hand is one where the cards are face down and hit the muck pile. The reason that they are dead is because of the possiblity that any down card that hits the muck pile may be mixed up with with a card previously mucked. Since the cards hit the muck face up there is no question of what they are. Where I play the cards speak for themselves so the guy with the full house wins.
