One factor you can count on, though... and that's condition; the better condition (full-blown hot stamp as you show) should command a higher value that the well-used variety found at South Florida flea markets.
Playboy, in general, is a very interesting area of collecting since there is so much that though we know exists -- has not been found by collectors. We know what some manufacturers turned out, but damn if we can find them... and some folks have been searching for many years while getting virtually nowhere. Yet, once in a while a rare "one-of-a-kind" chip is found which kind of sparks the interest in those who are not giving up and wondering what just might be out there, undiscovered...
