For the TCR authors, these are more than likely E9159 and E9160, the 25 and 100 NCVs, respectively. These are the same on both sides, and not as described in TCR #12 as: "...alligator / Chinese writing; 43mm" in that there is not Chinese writing and instead are marked as "Mardi Gras" as indicated in the Chip and Token Report of the Nevada Gaming Commission for 2009.

And while I'm at it, so that these are not confused with TCR #'s: E8189 and E8190, I am posting scans of those two NCVs:
