Note the Chip has Great Seal of America on it. The Shield with the stars and stripes carried by the Eagle with the Arrows in it's claws. That symbol was finalized in 1782.

Could the history books be wrong? Plastic was invented much earlier, Poker was played by ancient Indians, The USA was founded before even Georgia became a colony, Chicago was a growing community long before 1833, not be mention that Illinois was still Native Territory!!!???
