1722 seems a mite early for these common, modern (c. 1950) plastic poker chips. Washington incidentally lived February 22, 1732 – December 14, 1799. Early in the description it almost seems that there are 1722 poker chips. Whatever. The post office started using postal zones (like Chicago 12, Ill) in 1943. Picture of the chip is below.
