Found some chips many years back, green Rect mold, Terrace Club. Did some research and found listing in 1948 for Terrace Club at Columbus and Belle, SW corner, Sandusky OH.

Connected with the club and the location were Sam and Tony Spino and Anthony Anast. No listings for the club after 1950. The building was still there about 6 years ago, just a small wood frame now used as a beauty shop. Talked to Tony's widow and she acknowledges that the Terrace Club was there but said there was never any type of gambling (usual for family response). Anthony ran the Sloan Hote Cigar Store prior in 1938 and was a clerk at the Evenbreak Cigar Store as late as 1955. Talked to several neighbors but came up at dead end there as far as any history.
