I noticed on the November list that the following were being released:

$1.00 Monte Carlo (Saw Tarl's scan)
$1.00 Arizona Charlies Decatur
$1.00 Aquarius Laughlin

My question is does anyone know if these are new chips or reorders (in Regards to Aquarius & Arizona Charlie's?

Also, the Cosmopolitan is opening on the 15th, but I haven't seen anything about chips being approved. Does anyone know?
