This was definitely uncalled for and your father does deserve apology plus more in my opinion.

What I dont understand is why this turned into a bash all PA casino's thread, I've surely had terrible service at casinos from AC to Vegas and everywhere in between including Pa. Just my 2 cents but I guess I'm a little defensive towards my home state.
