It's been a crazy year, I'll post on that later as a NCR post.

I received these from a friend of mine who was formerly the head of security for the Alberta Liquor and Gaming Commission (ALGC). These chips have been used as training chips for the ALGC officers. This is the first known escape of any of the chips. No one had ever asked for them from anyone there before. I do not have any extras, and he only got me one of each.

In addition, he gave me 10 of the Silver Slipper (Edmonton) $5 chips that he had stashed somewhere. I will be posting some of them for sale at some point. The attribution and origin will be clearly stated when they do go for sale.

Prior to working for the ALGC, my friend was an Officer with the Edmonton Police Service. While in EPS he served for a number of years in vice and was involved in some of the more memorable busts of illegal gaming houses within the city. I am working on him to track down any of the chips that may have survived and if any are found, to try and identify them and document where they came from.
