I also checked right after the report came out- the cage said they were just re-orders- I told her I understood that they didnt need gaming approval for re-orders if the chip stayed the same, only if there was a design change. She didnt know about that....

When TI got their newest chip, they held it back in the vault for a while until chip quantities on the floor were low enough to need more brought out. Time will tell if there is really a new Flamingo chip.
