Pick up a poker magazine at one of your local card rooms -- they usually have a table in the back that will show you daily tourney times, buy-ins, and starting stacks. If Venetian is holding one of their deep stacks tourneys while you're in town go and check it out. They have a nice room...even nicer than Binions.
