Bob; I have the same questions that you have. Plus, a "professional chip grader" today at one of these grading companies, may not be working there six months from now. Do some of you wonder why ICG is not addressing some of these issues being raised?
Perhaps it's because they are legitimate concerns that every chipper ought to be asking.
