Looking for a few specific manufacturers samples for my own collection.

1. One or more Bud Jones coin centers but not the $100 brown/blue.
2. A Bud Jones foil center like the top left in the scan.
3. An oversize B&G similar to any of the 3 shown in the top row.
4. A Paulson 'chipsoft' like those shown in the bottom row.
