I spent two hours today trying to get a JPEG picture from my PC to eBay to be used in an auction. They have changed the procedure greatly since I last sold something a year or so ago. However, I thought I could follow the procedure they outlined but could not get my picture to upload. No error message, just no picture.

The fix I finally discovered is to change my Internet Explorer browser into "compatibility" mode. Apparently, eBay is not completely up to date in all the standard browser protocols.

I am using IE-9 (beta) but this is probably the fix for any recent Microsoft browser that has problems with eBay.

Keep this in mind if you have trouble uploading to eBay. They will probably fix the problem eventually, but may take a while.
