My son is a Captian Paramedic for OC. CA. fire dept, they got a call from the local market a elderly man was bleeding heavyly from his head. They arrived and the mgr had this 80 yr old sitting on a chir in his office. He had a hat on but blood was running down his ears, and back of his head. They asked him to remore his hat so they could treat him, he refused saying he was OK. they pleaded and finally removed his hat. Under his hat was a porterhouse steak, which the plastic wrapper had broke and the blood from the package was running down his head. True story, they cleaned him up and gave him the steak for free and told him never try this again, he promised he wouldn't, but said he hadn't eaten a good meal in a month. They gave him name and address of local food bank. Sad but true stry happened a month ago. These bad times are hurting a lot of people.
