Jim I'm sure this chips is in the same boat as the blue one you and both have. Same story it came for a collector who had 15 of them.....and "claimed" they were possibly used as Win Card Chips.

We may never know the whole story on a lot of the NCV/Win Card Chips....It could have even been a simple mistake made one night in the casino when a cage person not knowing which chips were Win Card Chips. Heck the Four Queens gave a friend of mine Win Card Chips without the packet.....which Ted was NOT happy about (and they claimed it was a "mistake")!
