In general they are AT LEAST worth the face value for them. They can be returned to the CCC for that much.

They will have some collector value but not too much -- AC chips don't have the same following as a Nevada/Las Vegas chip. So depending on whether they are LE's or rack chips is one part, and condition plays a part, and if you can find a buyer (higher denom chips have less demand) then you might be able to sell them for a slight premium over the face value.
