John, I looked in The Day The Bunny Died, Lownes' book about his tenure with Playboy, and there's no photo like that in the book. Only place I know to look.

For those who don't know, Victor Lownes was Hefner's casino guy - ran the Playboy Club in London until it was shut down by the British govt. Also oversaw the club in the Bahamas. He also was in charge of construction of the Atlantic City Playboy Hotel.
