I lived on the island for about a year while I was working out there and visited the casinos nearly every night.

Most all the casinos had multiple $1 and $5 chips that were used on the roulette tables. There were usually 6-7 different spot combos or colors on each denomination.

The non denominational roulettes were usually quarters or even dimes at a few casinos as that was the minimum bet.
