There are a lot of variations of the scroll mold $1 chips from the Curacao Hilton, most not so close as these. I believe they used them like or in place of roulette chips. They are dissimilar enough, given the variation in chip color as well as insert color that I really wouldn't feel safe calling them re-orders.

I don't have a uv, but it might be worth a look in the future.
