Wow... never thought about the old days... I could not imagine using wooden chip racks in a cashier cage, looks like the stacks of chips would be tipping over all the time. In our vault we stack them 10 high and 3 deep, the number of rows depends on the denomination. - That would be a disaster waiting to happen
