I have this new hat, a few of them, each one is $7.25 shipped 1st class in a cardboard box so it arrives in pristine condition. The hat is fairly heavy, not cheaply made at all. I can only take PayPal for the hat as this is for my business (has to be personal/money owed for PayPal). AT this price I can't pay any fees, losing money as it is.
