In her own inimitable fashion, I think all that Kelly was saying is that the casinos that have the 1997 Miss America chip are pulling them because one side is the same no matter which casino issued them. Only if you look on the obvrse [reverse--I'm not a coin collector and don't know the difference] will you see the casino. Thus, she was saying, the dealers were accepting chips from other casinos; and only when the chips were presented by a customer to the cashieir's cage, was the difference noted. She says the cashier wouldn't take any chips other than their own and that left the customer unhappy as heck since he had just gotten from from that casino's table That is why I asked the AC chippers to verify that part of the story--are the Miss America chips beling pulled?
