Bought this chip on the popular on-line auction site last week. Material not specified.

I don't see it in Dale's book, and not in the modern section (at least in the 1998 edition). It does appear to have a nerve mark, but no hole. It's the "Straws" design, but detail differs from the cataloged chips. Edges are slightly rounded and polished.
