I agree 100% Derek. I does not cost any more money to send a chip to Canada than to send it domestic.
It does require that the seller fill out the PS Form 2976 but that is no problem if you ask for a stack of them, they can be filled out at home. It does require that the seller make a trip to the US Post Office to have the package processed and that can be a hastle but I don't mind.
