"All areas of casinos that are not in the gaming area are required to be smoke-free effective December 8, 2006, including, but not limited to, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, retail establishments, concert halls, theaters, convention areas, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc. These areas must meet the same guidelines as other establishments designated as smoke-free in the Act, including posting conspicuous “No Smoking” signs and removing all ashtrays and smoking paraphernalia."
